Description & Other Info

Come improve your climbing movement in a fun, safe environment. Class consists of a warm up, core strengthening, and climbing related exercises. We will then focus on some basic climbing technique drills/games to build skills using just bouldering (i.e. no ropes), all skill levels welcome, rental climbing shoes are available free of charge for class participants. Class is for all levels, and activities will be based on where you are with your climbing movement techniques. Come learn to climb more efficiently to save strength and use less energy as well as learn to use the gym for climbing specific training.
