Linda Killian, RN, CES, AFAA, has been teaching fitness classes in Aspen for most of her adult life and specializes in corrective exercise for adults. Her certifications include group fitness, corrective exercise, personal training, functional movement, balance and indoor cycling. Prior to her 2:30 class, she usually can be spotted hiking Highlands Bowl or biking the Bells, her personal achievements have been a first place in the Inferno, kayaking the Grand Canyon and being featured in an iBook titled How to Watch TV and Get Fit 5 Minutes at a Time.
