All of the fitness classes offered at the ARC take place downstairs in our Yoga/Fitness Room - yoga, spin class, mixed martial arts for kids, and more!
This room is located directly next to the weight room in the lower level of the building.
This room can be used by anyone who has a membership or has paid the daily admission. However, all ARC-organized fitness classes take precedence over individual use. There is a room availability schedule posted on the door that customers may refer to.
To ensure patron safety, fully enclosed footwear must be worn at all times in the workout rooms.
